Can fly: Orcas, Hulks, Macks, Gallente Industrials and Transports. Only needs skill book to fly freighter.
Has:
full set +3 implants
No Kill rights
+ve sec status
Exhumers 5
T2 mining drones
Can use all T2 mining crystals
Refines Ice and all ore
Some manufacturing skills
Solid learning skill base
Asking 4.55 Bil though may be willing to consider offers close to this.

Looks like they've changed the transfer time schedule again:
