I know the Jukebox tracks are available to download from the website, but is there anywhere you can download the music that plays with the Exodus login screen? |

You can get ALL the tracks used in Eve by downloading the stuff file extractor from here...I can't remember where exactly the stuff files are located in the Eve program file, but they have a .stuff extension so they shouldn't be too hard to find. The music file format is .ogg if I remember correctly, so you'll need an appropriate player.
