taking this opertunity to say Widot still doesnt have its god damn logo :@ 1 and a half years we have been waiting, they change the corp ones but while there at it didnt add our alliances :@

CCP FAILS AGAIN!
How many times are you going to put us through this pile of poop? You tell us that you're processing alliance logos again but still do nothing. The CSM votes to have alliance logos move forward, and still you do nothing. What is it that you are missing here? You're spending all this time to create new things like EVE Gate, and, yet, failing to implement little things that we clearly WANT!
I haven't been in a fleet battle since the patch, so, it remains to be seen if you've fixed that.
Come on CCP! Let's fix some things and get the stuff the players WANT before putting in new stuffs that you can break later!

I've been trying to get a logo attached to my alliance aswell and here is how its gone so far.
About 2 months ago i petition for a new logo.
CCP replies with the message that it has gone in to the approval stage (some weeks later)
I reply with the answer "thanks" or something like that.
Some more weeks pass and the petition gets atumaticly closed i waitning for replies and as they told me nothing about it being declined I dont worry about it.
Another several weeks later i open up a new petition asking where my logo is and why they closed the petition and didnt applie the logo. Now they were quick with this reply. Stating that it was copyright protected and asking me to send in a new petition with another logo if i wanted.
So I did send in another logo that could of not possibly been copywritten as it was created from scratch.
What i also did was to ask them to please give me a heads up if the logo was declined.
Later i get the reply that the logo has gone in to second stage of approval, what ever that is.
Some weeks pass again and the petition gets closed again without any word on how the progress was going.
Just felt like i had to share this with the rest of you guys that might have the same problem as me.
EDIT: PS i still dont have a logo

Yes, because CCP fails to look at petitions in a timely fashion WE should send them a reply on the petition atleast once every week just to prevent the automated closing system CCP put in from closing it.
How about:
1. CCP changes the timer to reflect actual response times from CCP staff.
2. CCP gets their act together so this wouldn't have to be an issue to begin with.
You can always just send them a reply weekly with random obscene text (under the disclaimer that you are unable to send a coherent reply as a reply should not have been needed nor necessary. If they get mad, get mad at them and close all your accounts.)
 Incidentally... can I has your stuff?

and if u bump em up 2 much gm's will no longer awser your petition and leave it open for ever !
makeing it unable for u to open another petition untill u close the current one :)
ps : on topic: my logo whent from awesome to but ugly in 1 patch :)
