I was just in 6-cz on the Reblier gate in my Cyclone. I was attacked by a Vagabond and tried to kill him.
His bud in a falcon uncloaked, jammed me, then his buddies blobbed me.
So, I deaggroed and approached gate. Tanked them for 1 minute, and jumped out with 20% structure. All good.
I went and repaired, got some more cap boosters, and went back for more. I was hoping to get them to make a mistake.
When I jumped back in, there were about twice as many. With no chance of success, I waited for session change and then reapproached the gate.
I first hit the button to prime overload on mwd, then quickly hit the MWD and nothing happened. Thinking I was scrammed I looked up and noticed no enemy had locked me.
I tried again about 10 times, then figured MWD was bugged. At least I would turn on my tank and slow boat to the gate.
Hit Damage Control, Invul, Shield Booster... NOTHING
Absolutely nothing worked. I clicked the modules repeatedly and nothing would turn on.
So, I lost my pod and cyclone.
When I noticed something was wrong I started Fraps and recorded much of it. I will try to compress the video and post it here later.
My Cyclone was on fire from the time it uncloaked, as if it had structure damage, even though it was fully repaired, with full shields.

I'm really afraid that just looks like the old desync trick.
Don't worry though CCP seems to think competent players frequently sit around after docking/jumping into a system and let themselves get popped without doing anything, LOGS DO NOT SHOW ANYTHING!
I've personally lost a drake, a corp mate's lost a bhaalgorn on a station to it, but yeah.. I'm afraid CCP has some pretty crap reimbursement rules as far as desyncing goes (i.e. none, no matter what, not even if their mother's life depended on it), it's alright though, they will replace the TS heatsink I accidentally reprocessed the other day (human error is ok)!
Sorry if I'm a bit bitter here, but I think it's just a bit absurd, there ought to be a bit of leniency with this sort of thing, even more so if human error is acceptable for reimbursements.

Would really like to get a Dev to respond to this. I doubt I will get a response from my petition for another 2-4 weeks and even then it will probably say something like:
"I'm sorry but our logs do not show any errors or problems, therefore we can not reimburse your ship."

CCP "Fixes" alot of things.
Basicly don't trust anything the patch notes say, until either you or someone you know has tested it.
It's also just as easily that the new patch has screwed up more things than first thought, and could have easily have brought back problems
Edit: Petition it, and point to that video as proof. Mods were def online and were not responding. ------------------------

The bhaalgorn loss was a couple of weeks ago, so it's not really a new issue as far as I know

Petition Denied...
I guess CCP doesn't reimburse you when their new expansion causes your ship to stop functioning in the middle of a fight.
Even when you have video proof...

Seems to me when there is proof your software is faulty and caused problems for a customer, you would try to make it right with that customer.

It's their template response. They even give you "cannot reproduce" on bug reports and when you point to the screenshots you added to the bug report they tell you that you possibly faked them. I always like filing bug reports just to see the bull**** responses I get.  --

I'm currently experiencing the joy of CCP's Customer (devoid of) service team for a Golem loss in 1st atage of Angel Ganza ... started warp before having my shield booster activated as I decided to change ammo 1st instead ... cause everything just froze and I resisted the urge to crash close the client and restart to my detriment 
No shield booster and not a shot fired on my behalf and they seem to think there could be a possibilty other than an experienced player being unable to activate anything.... cause we do that all the time yeah !
I've put in bug reports on things in the past that seemed pretty simply explained and clearly detailed but it seems that reading comprehension is not a core skill required to be a bug hunter !
Sure it's only data on a server somewhere so you'd think they'd be able to use a little more rational thinking and compassion for the time and effort we put into this game in the name of good customer support though I guess once they get ya real money they don't care.

Seems to me when there is proof your software is faulty and caused problems for a customer, you would try to make it right with that customer.
I like the client issue part right their, you know the client they designed for us not being their problem. Face it CCP's support fukin sucks to high hell, I lost a ranis to a socket closed few days ago and they have not even bothered to respond yet.
