Ok, So i warp to a gate enemies there.
yay
Mwd to gate "jumping to LEK-N5"
Cool
Shipp dissapears.
Gate activates
Ship disappears from my screen
Hmmm, not loading up in LEK
Hmm, same just happened to a corp mate.
Modules still work, no ship tho. So i MWD away from gate with my invisible ship which according to the logs in this screnie should be in LEK-N5 But alas is not, i make a ss and log and post here in sheer disbelief of this bug.
The enemies even admitted out ships jumped and were not there but the boxes were.
yet they still managed to kill one of us.
Oh well, Bug report filled etc ---------------

Had a similar thing a few days ago.. was attacked by some npc's, give the jump command.. all things looked like i was jumping, but did not appear on the other site...
in fact.. i was almost killed by the npc's who were attacking my invisible ship...

Had a similar thing a few days ago.. was attacked by some npc's, give the jump command.. all things looked like i was jumping, but did not appear on the other site...

I have reported the same thing, but after some minutes(i have a cruiser and rougue pirates only scratch me), and some "sound of jump", my ship are jumped.
It look like a lag issue.

happened to me also. fortunatly it was weak NPCs but i clicked jump again with my invisible ship that had jumped and it jumped me a second time and i loaded... very silly bug... Glad those NPCs wernt a player blockade.. ----------------------- ╔╤╗╒╕╔╕║║/ ║│║╘╛║╘╝║\ ----------------------- |

same problem here, I got it in empire. AP jumped, ship disappeared, but the name of the sys did not change, nor I got any 'tuning on subspace frequency' screen, and I was still able to see the right-click menu. After some 2-3 minutes waiting I tryed to manualy give again the command to jump and it worked

I think this appears to be a consequence of locking something immediately prior to jumping. On the two occassions it has happened to me I had accidently locked the gate as I was jumping.

Has happened to me 3 times so far almost costing me my inty twice.
As far as I can tell seems most likely to occur when somone or somthing is targetting you as you make your run for the sg.
I have the body of a supermodel. I just can't remember where I left it... |

interesting observation,, I did have this hapen to me once on the test server before exodus release on tranq. Similar situation,, rats at gate locking me as "autopilot jumping". (and just happened as I was writing this). I think it is a bug generated by the limitations of cloaking. (any devs reading this could probably find the problem in little time) I just read a thread that mentioned some things about cloaking, jumping, locking, being locked, and their relation to one another. I suggest turning off autolocking as your ship attempting to lock might cause problems with the gate cloak/jump process. |

:) Just confirmed that this will happen every time(well, recreated twice) your ship is in the process of locking an object as autopilot attempts to jump,, (aproaching gate and manually jumping while locking an object worked, allthough I only tried it once) I also tested my theory that setting the "auto target back" option to 0 would keep this from happening, and this also worked twice. Hope you find this helpful.
