Because if they nerf or force Jita closed we'll just move to some other system, and then that system will have 1000 players in it, and they'll have to reinforce that. Jita is already set up on a perma-reinforced node; why put in effort to kick us out, only to have to put in more effort to set up some other system as the perma-reinforced trade hub?
