So, more tags were supposed to drop from misisons.
I know there hasn't been much time, but what have power missioners begun to see different in the drop rates?
More Criminal tags? good guy factions? other?
And what sorts of colors and ranks if you have enough info to take a stab?

Edited by: Johnnyan on 27/05/2010 20:28:51 There is a cool difference in drop rates, 99% percent of what you get now is trash, at least in the Serpentis and Guristas missions I did. Thank you miners for whining, thank you CCP for balancing minerals price, you did a great job...
And lets not forget, getting 100 ammo and 1 metal scrap from almost every NPC BS adds a new layer of realism...

Only seen metal scraps so far. Delightful amount of Meta 4-3 items though, maybe I can buy named cruiser propulsion systems soon without paying twice the price of the cruiser.

Thanks so far, I hope others will share too.
Because so many of the tags were already next to worthless (had little volume and low prices hardly worth a traders time, even if he were the only trader of that type at a hub)
The ones that were valuable were still pretty thin markets. Even in the hubs with the most volume for a type of tag, volume could be so eratic and generally slow that it took real discipline among traders to keep the prices up... I could see even a 20% increase in supply crushing the currently high value tags by 50% and I'm thinking it might take prices dropping from 2 million a piece to less than 500k a piece to double the demand.
TlDR : higher criminal tag drop rates will decrese the prices to the point where they don't add much to the salvage value. They will make it easier for players to buy standing though. But, I guess we don't know yet whether more criminal tags are dropping or not ?
