Errr, typically when people round up to an even number, they do so if they're above the half way point. If below, you would round down. Sorry, but 15,156,495 sp's is NOT 16m.

i know but once torps 5 finishes in less than a day which will be the minimum time frame of the sell period it will be atleast over 15.1... so that is why i posted it that way not to misinform anyone, sorry for the confusion

Just so everyone is aware.
XPC Superman is a corp thief and stole 26 Billion isk from his fellow corp mates and his alliance.
It is safe to assume that he is now trying to sell this toon because everyone know's he's a corp thief.
If someone wants to buy the toon they may but any future buyer should know that XPC Superman was and is a corp thief and his toon XPC Superman, XPCTech, Twixies will also be associated with his actions.
Oh also Twixies that bid 3.5 bil is also one of his toons just trying to run up the price on you.
