This lottery will be using Chribba's Dice-API tool(Grendell will be). Its a tool that picks a random number(s) before the lottery starts and locks it (no one including myself or Grendell can see these number(s) until they are unlocked). Grendell my 3rd party service will hold the prize(s) as well as lock and unlock the winning number(s), which can be seen in his post below.
HOW IT WORKS

* Lottery numbers will be unlocked once all tickets are purchased.

Alright guys, I have been promising a Loyalty program for sometime now and here it is!
How it works:
1- www.lotto49.ca/loyalty_tickets.htm <-----Load this up. Must be done on in-game browser.
2- Once this is loaded you'll get a pop-up saying to trust this website, click on "Trust Website"
3- Now reload or refresh the browser.
This shows how many tickets you've purchased in my lotteries (sorry only takes into account from #29 on...) and how many loyalty tickets you have. Loyalty tickets are for 1 time use only and are earned in the following way:
Total Ticket purchased / Loyalty tickets Earned
50 total ticket purchased gets u 1 LT
100 total ticket purchased gets u 2 more LT's
200 total ticket purchased gets u 3 more LT's
300 total ticket purchased gets u 4 more LT's
400 total ticket purchased gets u 5 more LT's
500 total ticket purchased gets u 5 more LT's
600 total ticket purchased gets u 5 more LT's
700 total ticket purchased gets u 5 more LT's
and so on....
4- To use tickets, simple enter the amount u want to use in the current lottery and click on "use loyal ticket button." After using a Loyalty ticket(s) it should instantly show in the Automatic API Ticket Checker link.

I put in for 5 tickets but they aren't showing up. Any ideas? I copied the reason straight from the post and verified my wallet was showing correct char/reason.

Since the release of the new expansion, i have had a few issues, with the software that recognized wallet deposits, but rest assured it will come up eventually. Just so you know it takes at least 1 hour to show up in the ticket api checker :)
