So I turned on sound when I started up EVE after Tyrannis, and was playing for a little bit, not doing much, more skill management than anything else, when I noticed something--the jukebox music didn't just fade off into oblivion....the music actually kept PLAYING!
yeah, I don't read patch notes.
if it's in the patch notes, woo hoo.
if not, stealth fix?
either way to go CCP! I'll let my Jukebox go on for another half hour or so before I turn off sound again.
but thanks for fixing it!

long overdue and was in the patch notes! 
I know a lot of people play without sound but its a real ambiance and fantastic way of being more immersed if your in to that sort of thing.
I love it and love not having to press the next button every 3-4 minutes!

i love the fact it remembers that ive got my epic space soundtrack playlist selected rather than the decidedly dated (no offense) ccp default one.
now if only CCP had eve trinity trailer style music in their default jukebox id have never have left it!

Two things I love: when I press "Pause", the Jukebox doesn't decide to start itself up, and when I press "Play", the Jukebox actually plays songs through to completion instead of skipping to the next song after a couple of minutes.

I was very pleased to see this although I wish that it would pick a different tune to fire up each time. Maybe remember shuffle option on log-out?

Sound also seems to be mostly fixed. Battle sounds are distinct and don't immediatly dissapear as soon as you zoom your view out a fraction of an inch away from the ship. \o/

You mean the song "Miner Stories"? I have noticed that, when you had 'Shuffle' active when you last quit the game, it will start the next time with 'Shuffle' still on and playing a random song. It didn't do that before Tyrannis, it'd just start with "Miner Stories" every time and 'Shuffle' turned off again. I'm happy about that, I like the song, but hearing it every time I logged in was a bit annoying...

Mine is still broken.
Checked once was at 54 min into track 2
Last time it didn't even start.
