Im a fairly new eve player. From what I have seen until now, exploiting is ok aslong as others are doing it.
Example 1) Gila bpo, I dont think any punishment was handed out to those that obtained and used said blueprint and copied it for massive profit.
Example 2) Pos module refinement. I strongly doubt ccp can fix this without a rollback.
Does that mean its ok to exploit in eve if you pretend you dont know its exploiting?

Using an exploit makes you an outlaw. You can then get banned at any time for any duration by any GM. This status will not expire and you can get banned for this even after several years of playing, if a GM feels like banning you.
Short: Do not use exploits or you will get banned.

You should consider one more thing: Even if you ask a GM if something is allowed, he will be some clueless ******* who just tells you **** that he doesn't really know.
You will eventually run into another GM who is of another opinion than his colleague and zero your wallet, and the senior GM behind his ass (for whatever purpose) is a teenage rapstar on youtube who will be about as helpful as testicle cancer.
