Up for sale iz Tisa, a gallente specc'd well rounded toon with excellent leadership skills to round out that awesome fleet you're building! She's cross-trained in Minnie ships (tech 2) upto and including Command ships - this includes weapons and support mods.
Tisa comes with a smattering of indy skills too (can build some t2 ships/mods) so she can pad her own wallet if the need arises, but she's happiest in the cokpit of some sort of engine of death. As per forum rules:
 I will pay transfer fee.
 Tisa Ragebreaker will receive the isk.
 Tisa Ragebreaker has positive wallet & positive sec but will have no assets of any significant value.
 Will be in NPC corp from tomorrow.
Price will be a straight 15 bil - no haggling, no offers. I know what she's worth (I've had her from day 1) and she has a good rep (look at employment history) so she comes without any 'baggage'. I'll be logging onto her everyday so you can EvEmail her or leave a message here. Thanks for looking!

I would offer you 13.5 Bil Buyout which I think is generous considering those indy skills, most want a focused character without wasted skillpoints. If you are not willing to negotiate at all then you are going to have a difficult time selling the character. Contact me.
