Bought 3 tickets but find no record on Darkensss' website of them. Double checked the wallet logs and isk and reason are both correct as is the person they were sent to. I begin to question if this isn't selective of who he gives tickets to and who he doesn't. First time trying this and so far am not impressed.

API updates every hour. So if you check before the api does a run then yes you wont show. Or maybe you did something wrong? Put the wrong thing under the reason maybe? Spelled Darknesss name wrong? Like you did in the quote.
Even so the last 2-3 Dark lottos I've participated in I've seen no issues at all.

Dont worry about it, u just have to wait for the API to update, your tickets will be there if u have done everything right.

I dont mind at all when people make a mistake or type wrong reason code and contact me, i dont really appreciate you attacking the validity of my lottery when you fail to enter the right reason code.
My post very specifically states "dark13" is the reason code however you have typed "3 tickets for dark13".
Anywho isk has been refunded.
