Hello,
I have drop this in a sanctum, I'm just wondering if you now if I can do this in carrier?
I mean, does it have some acceleration gate?
If not, is it soloable ? if yes wich ship and fit do you recommand?

its a gated complex so no carriers. i'd imagine a pimped rattlesnake could solo the plex.
i use a buffer tanked mael with exp+kin resist rigs, 800 ACs with TE's, and my alt in a cap stable perma AB'ing scimitar.
takes roughly 45 minutes to complete, with very nice loot drops. some structures contain overseers effects too.

How many Tank dps do you think i need?
and gank dps?
What about an hyperion? I have seen crazy tank fit...

I hear Ishtars are very popular for doing high level complexes
Youll have to wait for the experts to come in and tell you the details, or alternatively look on the internet if you cant wait :)

Does a pimped raven in Cruise (bs V, Cruise spe V, all missile support skill v) for the dps and a domi with 5 shield transfert to remone the raven and drone dps is good enought do the plex?

I have done for my part with the same config (raven + domi remote, in dual screen) the first 4 rooms, but it's pretty long, i've warp out 2 times...
So i need to finish the 4th room and go to the next room ;)

Ishtars work nice for serpentis and probably guristas plexes, but I don't believe they work well for angel plexes, due to the different damage types and the tendency to target paint, making the sig radius tank less effective.
Soloing a Naval Shipyard would be tricky, not to mention take you forever to complete. My setup involves a machariel with an RR domi. Warp in mach, take agrro, warp in RR domi, kill everything and move on.
I should also mention it takes me round about an hour to complete, that includes blowing up the docked mammoth and the megathron under frantic repair that seems to never drop overseer's effects

soloabel in a gila . if you manage aggro carefully .
last overseer does a torp wich hits for like 6k on a bs with 80% resists or so .
add to that about 10 maybe 15 other bs .
2 webbifer towers when you get in range of them.
any bs with descent resists and remote reps (4 will do it in a breeze) will do this plex just fine.
one of the easier when consider how hard its is vs what you will get paied.
