I trawl the character boards for fun, and Chewsmoka deserves some sort of reward as the unwarranted hot potato of high sp characters.
If I were looking for a Leviathan pilot (and for those unaware, the Leviathan is the current king of capfight dps), I would buy Chewsmoka.

Edit: Ah, as to the price. While you wait, train up Citadel Cruise Missiles. You can probably get 20 bil. for him if you're willing to sit it out for the right buyer.

by injecting titan book i will asume by price of the book its self it would go up at least 5bill, maybe more if it was skilled high. ive seen titan pilots go for alot of isk. how ever when the character is beeing sold as a titan pilot other ship skills isnt highly valued.
if the character was perfectly skilled as a super carrier pilot you would most likelly get 25bill (thats what most of them go for).
the most recent titan pilot i saw get sold was perfeclly skilled for it and got sold for 28.5 bill, and imo that was low for a titan pilot since ive seen them go for much more. right now alot of people are selling characters that are titan pilots and that will drop their value a bit.
i would say wait a bit, you can get more for it in a 2 month time i think.
