Remove all low sec offers from high sec Agents.
Are CCP crazy? Do they expect high sec mission runners to accept a courier mission to low sec for 185K isk? Yeah right! Do they expect me to lose my ship and cargo which canĘt be bought from the market and my pos which could cost hundreds of millions for 185K isk?
No Chance.
There is no reason to expect a high sec mission runner to travel to low security space at all. There is no way I am going to do that. I understand the mission loot table changes which are tolerated even though they are not welcome but seriously low sec missions for 185K isk?
This isnĘt right.
They must go.

You know the big bad Low Sec monsters aren't all that bad. If you grew some balls and ventured in once and a while you might actually find Low Sec to not be all that dangerous at all. Hell if you are so scared of losing your precious carebear-mobile, send an alt in first. As long as you aren't ******ed its actually possible to mission in low security space! I know its hard to believe, you being a super whining carebear and all.

What kind of moron runs gatecamp for 185k? If you want more carebear industrials through your gatecamp, encourage CCP to buff those said missions. Yeah, I know, what a concept!
Here's an idea, pirates are parasites (that would be you, and one of my alts), and carebears are the host. The fatter the hosts are, the better off parasites will be. Think about that.

I'm no pirate. I go into both low and null all the time to rat and get as far away from the hive of s****that is Jita. I run through and as long as I avoid Rancer or the other gatecamped systems, it's me and my alt and maybe 2-3 other people tops in a system. So getting into low and missioning isn't all that hard and being scared of it is ridiculous. A courier mission especially is easy jump in with a fast ship on an alt, check for a camp, accept mission on main if clear and head in, and be gone before the locals have a chance to react.

Meh, too much work for 185k, and requires an alt. If you're gonna go in, might as well go to a belt, kill a rat for 3 times as much.

Lowsec isn't a shooting gallery. It's a minefield with every mine clearly visible.

1/10 for effort.
I mean.. you're trolling, right? Right?
In (the unlikely) case you're not, low-sec mission offers are what you normally get for choosing a 'good' agent in a high-sec system with a low security level (mostly 0.5, 0.6). If you don't want low-sec missions, choose an agent with no low-sec systems nearby. Or an agent that doesn't hand out courier missions. Or just decline the missions you don't like. Find another agent. Etc.
Be smart.

Actually high sec agents typically donĘt offer much in the way of missions in low sec, in fact the agent I have been running missions for in 0.7 has never offered low sec destination missions before. ThatĘs why I chose it. Now it does.
You donĘt need to tell me to decline the mission. I can assure you I wonĘt accept a mission in low sec ever.
Currently there seems to be a mass exodus of mission runners leaving their agents nearer low sec and heading further into high sec. Is this what CCP wants?
High sec mission runners are there to run missions in high sec not low sec.

It is unwated side effect. CCP was "fixed" in tyranis that agents sending players to more used systems (which puts more resources on them) than to less populated ones. Now, it send them to less populated. But main problem is that in many cases that less populated ones is low sec. And high-sec players started to move into depps of high sec, furter incresing demand on resources. If agent send plyer to low se in industrial (with value of 10m - you know fitetd one, unfited dont have enough cargo capacity) for 100k. Why ? And it is relative easy to fix this - say, if high-sec agent send you to low sec, game detect it and automaticaly increse reward by say 2x. Currently it is very low difference from high sec agent which send you to another hig sec or low sec. ------------------------------------------------

Well, I have to agree it was pointless for CCP to do this. People run missions in high sec, because they want to do them in high sec. A high sec agent giving a mission in low sec is not suddenly going to make that mission runner happily fly into low sec to try to do the mission. He's just going to reject it and get aggravated when he gets two in a row.
So, if CCP's idea was to aggravate players, then they are doing a really good job of it! congrats!
I know the idea is to spread out the population a bit, but mission runners are simply not going to go into low sec, so the system does not work. High sec agents should give high sec missions, and leave it at that.
