Due to the mission loot nerf, I've found that it deprives carebears of more ISK to just poach bounties in a stealth bomber than actually loot NPC wrecks.
You need to have a decent tank to do missions, so mission ships aren't set up for doing much dps. Thus, if the mission runner has pulled aggro, you can zip around in a stealth bomber and shoot the battleships while the carebear takes care of the other rats.
And if he warps out, you can often still poach the bounties! As long as he's popped all the frigates, all the target painters, and it isn't a Guristas mission, you can speed tank the battleships.

This is an incredibly false and misguided statement. The best mission runners have long known that the best defense in grinding L4 missions is to have a ton of reliable dps, and simply an adequate tank for whatever mission your in.
Then its all a matter of simply killing things faster then they kill you, which after a few months of grinding 4's, is broken down into a precise science.
I guess you can have fun depriving loldps Drakes of there bounties...but good luck actually depriving REAL mission blitzers of any significant amount of isk.

CCP changed bounties so that whoever does the most damage gets the bounty, not whoever laid the final volley. You'll be helping the carebear unless you can do over half the damage that they do. If they've been shooting at a target for a while it's likely repaired itself, so even if you take away half the rat's HP you're not going to get the bounty.

You know whats more lame then you poor efforts annoying carebears? Seeing the meme "tears" on the Family Guy where Meg gets a make over, she comes home and starts crying in the kitchen, and Stewie wipes some tears from her face, tastes them, then says "Your salty secretions sustain me." Yes, it was on television and I saw it a couple days ago. It was a 2006 episode titled Don't Make Me Over and happens in the first 10 minutes. (can't find a youtube clip ). This meme is so old, you might as well stay "hip" by wearing saggy oversized pants, gold chain necklace and grills, and doing the Robot dance while playing 70's music from Saturday Night Fever .
And if you have the skills to pop battleships, you could just as easily run the missions yourself, fatten your wallet, buy a bunch of ships, and head out to the dangerous unknown of lulsec or nullsec instead of trolling in the safety of CONCORD's arms because your risk adverse to loosing ships except against mission runners that wouldn't stand a chance

Oh, didn't know that. That's what you get for spreading forum word of mouth, I guess.

The Op is real genious..he wants to "grief" mission runners.. Here is a quick question:What is the alpha strike of lets say an Omen cruiser fitted with heavy beam lasers?Add a couple of target painters on it and then have some friends bet if a stealth bomber can tank a second volley

I'm almost at a loss for words. Why don't you just run your own missions if you're going to be killing mission rats for bounties? You are basically a carebear at this point tbh, you might as well get your standings up for the agent and start grinding. Easier than scanning them out.

HAHAHA, I do this to mission runners in the VarGriefer(tm)
they see a ninja warp in, take all the salvage, and then warp back with a Vargur to help them with those mean nasty battleships..
I just love the mental image I get when I do this with that ship, they must be leaning all the way forward in the chair, zooming in on me and saying, "What the.. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK???!" I'm pretty sure the only entertainment value of this activity occurs when someone decides to concord themselves by popping you with their mission boat. |

Please come and 'ninja my bounties' and in the process 'farm my care-bear tears' in your stealth bomber. The thought of cashing in missions 30 seconds earlier disgusts me, there is no way a carebear mission runner like me can keep up with your SB deepeeess in my nightmare/paladin. |

Could somebody please explain what is pushing griefing in this direction? Is there some mechanic making this the new lameness, or is OP spontaneously striking out in a new frontier of fail? Pretty sure this isn't a troll, so wtf?

Carebear that is too scared to run his own missions that is! But in all seriousness, there is no point in doing this, hell just do what's been done for ages, go in steal the damsel and let him actually pay the ransom for the troublesome **** other then just blow up the building and save her... Now that's a more convenient way of getting the bounty out of the mission ;)
