Is there a way to copy this information to an excel document? I have multiple accounts with 200+ market buy/sell orders on them and I'd like to keep better track of what I'm spending or selling.

For some horrible, horrible reason, I read that sentence as "I have 200+ accounts with multiple buy/sell orders"
As for your question, I cannot supply an answer.
But I can supply a trolling comment : "But you're already playing spreadsheets in space!  "

EVE Insider -> My Character -> select one -> look closely at the page
"Personal Data Exports
Note: Please right click and choose Save As on the links.
Wallet Journal - most recent entries
Market Transactions - most recent transactions"
P.S. They save as CSV, you can open them directly into Excel (or any other spreadsheet thingy you like).

Yes I do realize that people do play this game to have fun, but I figure it would be entertaining to make a couple trillion isk THEN maybe have fun someday....too much like real life?
