Hello everyone,
since Tyrannis is out everyday from 7-8 am GMT the Tranquility server is down. I do understand that it was necessary right after the update, but slowly it is becoming really annoying ( since it is the onlytime before school I can go and check contracts, buy and sell orders etc.). So I wonder if anybody knows how long this is still going to continue? (I hope for the magic day: 8th of June)...

Actually downtime is between 1100 and 1200 GMT, and that has *always* been the scheduled daily downtime for as long as I can remember. Typically though, they do get the servers back up and running inside that hour timeframe.

Better get used to the daily downtime because this won't stop any time soon.

It's going to continue indefinitely (as it has since EVE started) as some pretty damn important stuff is done during downtime.

Get used it it 
This shows you that when it's in DT then there are no users - i.e. the lowest usage so they have the DT then 
however I've said before that they should have a 25hr day [or 23hr] and let it roam - and they say that it is automated ..... though if anything goes wrong then ..... [they do do hot fixes in DT's - which is not automated]
anyhoo - eve time is the only true time - live your life by it

Move to a different country.
Try england as here downtime is currently mid day

Which is awful as it's when my unemployed ass is just getting up.
When I worked on mainland Europe it was right in my lunch break, which was even worse!

Its the best here in the states cause either you are fast asleep that early in the morning or already off to work so it doesnt really matter....at least to me :D 99% of the time Im asleep during downtime so it doesnt bother me one bit.

lolI wish I could live my life after it... but I don't think my prinicpal would accept that^^
about moving to England... NO! already have a better country: Germany... I'm ust in the US for a year (just 1 more month left)... so it always has been like this and I just missed it before or is it just since Tyrannis?

I'm usually at work when downtime hits, and if it's the weekend, it reminds me that it's lunchtime
