As a neutral entity in our universe D.P.O (Department for Public Opinion) has looked into the recent leaps in Celestial apoc wars.
The report reads:
We at D.P.O were asked by a concord official in the department of declared hostilitys to look into a recent surge in wars from celestial apoc corp.
And now after months of looking into this; asking questions of the people Celest declared on, talking to friends of Celest and looking into the general back ground of the conflicts and anti-pirate corps on the hole we have come to a horrific conclusion.
It appears to us at D.P.O Celest have been abusing their name and reputation as a honourable Anti-pirate corp.
Well in empire they claim to be clearing pirate corps with their gate cleansing operations. And claim to be protecting secure space for the inhabitants infact they could be bringing the pirates in as now they are a legal target the dreaded Curse alliance has moved a fleet into secure space to hunt Celest.
And well Curse are in empire no one is safe from a possible gate ganking operation.
The most horrific information D.P.O received came from a Member of the oldest alliance in eve and newly renamed Stain empire whom Celest has also declared on.
The report from inside SE on the start of hostilitys with Celestial apoc one time friends of Stain reads as; It started around 4 months ago when a Celest pilot in a Rifter class ship was shot down by a Stain pilot who had just undergone repairs in his security computer and did not have a standing report availible on the Rifter.
The incident was not taken well by Celest but they accepted it as a accident.
The SE member then told us here at D.P.O that all Corps entering Stain knew that they could not fire on a enemy of theirs if their enemy is under a Stain fleet flag. He then went on several hours about Stain law untill we reached the incident with ATUK.
He said;
Several days after the rifter accident a combined ATUK and STAIN fleet operating under the Stain flag was entering HED-GP to hunt the Curse Alliance when a Celest fleet small in nuber entered from the Keberz gate.
He goes on saying how Stain who have been at war with Curse for a long time take any help they can fighting them and as ATUK are enemys of curse they are friends of ours he said.
As the two fleet aproached the Celest Battleships locked the ATUK warships in the Stain fleet.
Now according to the SE informants information Celest was made well aware both befor and during the incident that ATUK well under a Stain flag are not to be atacked by Celest.
the SE member then reported Shortly after the warnings Celest opened fire on the ATUK in the Stain fleet.
The Stain warships then warned the celest to stop firing yet they did not.
He says seconds later the Stain commander gave the order to protect the ATUK allys at all costs.
This Lead to a Celest BS going down.
Now D.P.O is gravely concerned inlight of this information as Celest have been claiming SE started the war and that SE pirated the Celest BS.
We have also learned from other sources several atempts by the SE Command to resolve the problem were outright ignored by Celest.
D.P.O now beleives the Declared war by Celest on Xetic was also most likely started in less than hounest ways.
D.P.O here fore warns all pod fitted pilot to avoid celestial apoc.
And informs you that D.P.O will be recomending to the department of declared hostilitys that most if not all the Celestial apoc war be removed from the legal register within 4 months.
D.P.O would also like to remind Celest that itis our job to inform the public and they are the first of many to be looked into.

This was started by SA killing an elite frig of celes. Before anything could be worked out, they started killing SA in HED. This was denied by celes in local while I was there. I watched celes kill some SA in HED then asked them why they were doing so and they replied they had killed no one and did not jam the frig. U forgot sumthing... that when they shoot the atuk in SE gang, and SE responded - we removed the hole celes fleet, and i mean ALL of em.

Celestial Apocaypse does not answer to the D.P.O. We are an independant organisation and our actions are our own.
The incidents leading to the Stain war with Celestial Apocalypse have been in the public eye for a long time and i think they dont not need to be reiterated here. I am sure the general public are a little tired of hearing the same arguments on both sides repeated over and over.
I will clarify a few points. Celestial apocalypse ARE NOT at war with xetic and are in fact neutral to Xetic and diplomatic contact occurs regulary. Diplomatic relations have improved since our empire war with Curse Alliance.
Celestial Apocalypse did indeed destroy a stain vigil in response to losing two assualt firgates to SA. This was not intentional but was a result of standings which has been set to -10 to SA in response to their repeated pirating of our vessels in HED. A ceasefire had been called that day to sort things out diplomatically, unfortuantely a few standings had not been set back in time and a mistake occured and we did offer to compensate the vigil pilot involved.
I will also make this point however to the DPO, whoever they may be, that the last diplomatic effort to resolved the conflict was made by Celestial apocalypse, over 7 weeks ago. Negotitations we rudely terminated by a SA council member. The negotiations failed over ATUK.
SA has declared its allegiance to former pirates and allies of m0o, ATUK, and therefore are rewarded with an alliance war from Celestial Apocalypse.
Celestial Apocalypse does not wish another eleven page flame fest on this thread, so i ask EVE citizens included celestial pilots, to keep it in game and off these forums. If anyone geniunely wants clarification of the truth on these matters or wishes to discuss any of the issues on this thread, please speak with the Celestial Apocalypse CEO Shadowthrone (if he aint too busy  )

WOw, you guys (celest) are so obsessed with yourselves. You have made a mark that is for sure in completely annoying the empire players from enjoying there safety (might be a good thing helping players learn PVP skills).
But just because you put up your gains and SE's loses means nothing to us, but impresses the ones who don't know any different.
If you are so tough, why do you hide docked in stations for hours at a time afraid and helpless like last night? We were there in your front yard! waiting for you? Weak and Petty it seems to me, not tough and strong. The only reason we did not overwhelm you sooner was that no one expected your audacity to Pod and scare all the newbieÆs in SE that are operating in empire.

Everybody log out NOW!!") and their camping of secure space (yulai, nonni, jita and niyabainen) clearly show that the egotistical bull**it they spew out here on these forums is not to be trusted or believed.
Hell, they have even repeatedly supported cheating in pre-arranged 1v1 fights. I have had close to 30x 1v1 fights with CA members and they were almost all very honest and forthcoming about not cheating, except for members of Rev0lutionary Empire (they suck  ). I've even challenged members of Celestial Logpocal*ahem* Apocalypse to duels but they angrily refused them. Doesn't matter, I've killed your members 1v2 2x times and will do it again when the time is right.
Cheating in 1v1's is almost as low as you can get. Making up lies about the largest anti-pirate alliance ingame being pirates and declaring war on them and all of their friends makes you sink right down to rock bottom.

We are not at war with Xetic. We were temporarily hostile towards them some time ago, after some of thier pilots were targeting ours during fleet battles in empire space. But that is all in the past.

by doing a search on your name on a certain killboard you come up in 2 places.
first when you and another guy fought and won against a BB and a taranis in a BB and a taranis.(2004.11.05 16:58:00)
the other one is when you lost a raven (2004.11.07 21:31:00)
your friends also lost a geddon,maller,caracal,tempest and another raven and a pod in that fight.

Cheating in 1v1's is almost as low as you can get. Making up lies about the largest anti-pirate alliance ingame being pirates and declaring war on them and all of their friends makes you sink right down to rock bottom.

first when you and another guy fought and won against a BB and a taranis in a BB and a taranis.(2004.11.05 16:58:00)
the other one is when you lost a raven (2004.11.07 21:31:00)
your friends also lost a geddon,maller,caracal,tempest and another raven and a pod in that fight.

I still haven't gotten around to go to yulai with SE gangs to split up your gatecamps because I have no interest in fighting your pathetic corp.

I have also used alt chars in fights against you but it's kinda hard to look up the stats for them
