Building the components from BPC is the easiest. Hauling the components is a pain, but sometimes worthwhile if you get a deal on them.
Use the capital building spreadsheet in the forum sticky to calculate costs and what you will need.

Sorry, building the components first before hauling it into the wh is not the easiest.
You're better off moving the minerals in and building it inside the wh.

If you're in a C2 why not mine the minerals there yourself?
The skills required for cap ship production are pretty useful in general anyway. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- you seem determined to turn it into ******* Hollyoaks for neckbeards. |

Another thing is that the x-large ship building array is an huge storage for POS fuel and you can forget all about corp hangars ![Wink](/images/icon_wink.gif)

This. Unless they've changed ship capacities BIG time, all you should need to haul in all pos mods you'll need for carrier manufacture is an impel with t2 expanders in the lows (or similar ship). I'm not experienced with WH's, but I've heard there's concern over ship mass closing them, and a transport is small relative to some other options. Granted, there are more isk/material efficient ways to build, but was all I needed to build my 1st Archon at a 0.0 POS yrs ago when there weren't so many options....
