4. All competing pilots must have been members of the alliance for which they are competing for a minimum of 60 continuous days prior to the beginning of the tournament. For Alliance Tournament 8 this means that pilots must have been a member of their alliance before downtime on 06/04/10

too lazy to double check anything but a brief look at that players corp history shows him as a member of Lethal corp before joining nibbletek, so assuming he jumped corp after nibbletek joined rol he has been in the alliance for over 60 days
should've double checked b4 posting

triple checking is even better, he has actually been member of nibbletek since 2009.11.29
so for all fairness sake maybe deduct a few points from rol , as even 1 mach wouldnt have changed the outcome of that match

Correct Zuquar, but that's not the point..
As Aniltan stated from the rules: "member of their alliance" not the corporation itself it would seem.
And "RED.OverLord from 2010.04.27 to this day"

Katja i think you misunderstood me.
i agree there is a violation of the rules here. as he has been a member of nibbletek since 2009 and the corp didnt join the alliance until after the deadline.
it would just be a shame if rol got disqualified for it, as 1 pilot of theres no matter which , wouldnt have changed the outcome of that match.
