The theme was actually quite common this weekend, with dramiels/daredevils as substitutes as well (ROL comes to mind, among many others). We felt the assault frigates would handle reps better, especially if webbed by something nasty like a team with a huginn where the faction frigs felt more vulnerable if someone put the webs down. It also seems someone figured out what the Hawk was for (secret) :) I cannot say whether we will or will not field the same line of ships twice. Our pilots actually purchase for multiple ship lines and we make the choice literally minutes before the match, as we are not strangers to the effects of metagaming. We try not to read too much into other teams though - we expect most people will field whatever they are comfortable with that week and we're not about setting up fascinating counters to known setups or playing the "if they think that we think that they think etc..." game. We just like to mix stuff up ourselves, and our opponent will do whatever they will do.

Moarkus Drayson The Knights Templar R.A.G.E	Posted - 2010.06.07 04:09:00 - [36] Thanks again to CCP (esp. CCP Claw) for letting us in on the wildcard slot, it was lucky but we're glad we made it in. I think I pooped a little when I saw Claw's convo window (went to grab coffee) asking me if we could play in 5 minutes. Thanks also to the dedicated (and apparently vocal) members of our team who stayed logged in all Saturday (on standby as well) for our impromptu R.A.G.E AT8 party. Great fight Eve Engineering, was most of our pilots' first time in a tournament and they had a blast. Best of luck to you guys in your next match. Thanks for the support of our Alliance who spammed our Ventrilo channel with more than 20 people cheering, before we'd left the system. Nice to have your mates behind ya!! See you all next week, now we're just one more team scrapping it out for the win.

Great job to the both of you! yea in my opinion you commentators were not bashing rage team, but i think some people confused your comments about little odd fleet layout to smacking our team but that happens anyways im happy about the win. good job guys.
