I just want to say thank you CCP aka Crazy Cow People for making your game more tedious with a completely Un Needed change to the game after 4+ years.
Whats the point now you just want me to wait 10 mins to offline one and then online another to put things in one to the other, how the hell dose that work why the hell are you trying to waste more of my time ? ?
was there a point to this change if so i would love to hear it ??

Yes it is very logical that you can take stuff out of an offline hangar.
You would drive your car out of a garage with a locked door... that opens with an electric motor... that has no power going in to it?

To the OP. Its EvE. try Ice mining. Repeat that 10 minute wait over and over and over and over. Try travel. Jump, warp, jump, warp, wait, wait, wait. Try skill training. Wait, wait, wait. What can I say. Its EvE. The game where you wait to do stuff. |

There was a good reason why you could access offlined corp hangar arrays and ship maint arrays. It was to get crap out when the POS was in reinforced. Which offlines anything that requires cpu I believe.
So unless they changed it to where you can pull stuff out during reinforced. This is a stupid change.
But personally, waiting 2.5 minutes to online my fuel hangar array so I can refuel my pos every couple of weeks is no biggy. Minor annoyance at best.
