If you are looking for ship replacement, 0.0 sov space to sit and rat to your hearts content, and a capital program **** off. We don't want you anyhow, get out of our thread.
Now for more things....
Now if you are a pilot reading this thread you likely have just asked yourself something along the lines of what incentive do I have for joining this corp? Well frankly you have none, we don't offer many ~internet spaceship tangible things~. This is not to say we don't help each other out, we do, and often quite a bit. But it is not a formal system and we expect everyone to pull their weight.
Who are you then and what do you do?
Good questions both, glad I asked myself them. We are a small corp, currently about 8 characters and maybe say 5 individuals. The majority of our activity is in the NA time zone. In the past we have done everything from empire war decs to piracy to being members of larger alliances. Between all of us we have experience in nearly every aspect of this game. What do we do? Whatever happens to sound fun. Mostly we roam, frigates - battle cruisers. If we are feeling particularly suicidal we will take unscouted BS...**** yea!
Who do we want?
Active pilots willing to hazard repeated losses and poddings. Self sufficiency a must. Limited support from corp. Random unpredictable op schedule. Easy-going and willing to give and accept criticism (except for my spelling you asses). Positive kill/death ratio doubtful. Much rejoicing and smacking in case of success.
Being active is more important than being anything else. We don't care if you don't have experience of if you cannot fly more than a handful of ships. We go small and cheep and have fun - we die a lot. But if you want an easy going pvp corp where you can have fun, either as a break from something else or as a stepping stone, we might be for you. Hell you can even put your spy alts into this corp so long as you are active. Also we use vent.

One Last Thing
Many of us are former IT, if you want a reference for one of their corps don't bother. I left a pic of the man-train on the SUITS forum in my leaving thread, might get you into finfleet tho...
