We are an 60 pilot corp (in a 1000 strong Alliance) with Pilots in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia & India. What we're about is having FUN! That's our number one priority. How we have fun is by blowing stuff up and having a good, chilled out bunch of players to fly with. We are good at what we do and always strive to be better, because winning is fun and Kill mails are nicer than loss mails. To put it simply, we live for and are always in search of the "Good Fight" (GF) That fight which gets your palms sweaty, your heart racing and give you the shakes.
A bit about our Past
The 22nd Black Rise Defensive Unit, ticker [22nd] was formed in faction warfare fighting for the Caldari State. We started out with a mixed bunch of guys who didn't really know what they were doing, but knew what they wanted to do. PVP. Rifters, Thrashers, Merlins, Griffins and Blackbirds were our means to your end.
We quickly established a name for ourselves as guys who lived for PVP and brought a good fight. It was our goal to take all of Gallente low security space and with the help of some allies we did just that. At the end of FWar, there were a lot of us and we could fly everything up to BSes and pretty well. We even had a couple of Cap Pilots.
We moved on to 0.0 the way CCP intended. We got our fingers burnt in 0.0 a couple of times. We came home to Black Rise to get our house in order while we looked for a new home. We've found that home with OWN Alliance and have been having a great time ever since.
Who we are looking for:
We're looking for pilots who love to PVP in any and every form. If that's your thing then we're your corp. You could be brand knew to PVP or have lived and breathed it for years. We take pilots in that have 10 Mil or more SP in Combat skills. However, we may make an exception for lower SP pilots if you can show us that you have some PVP experience and a whole lot of drive to PVP. You may even be a carebear who has been running missions for a long time, without much PVP experience and want to spill some blood. If you're eager to PVP, we will be a good fit.
In addition I expect you to contribute to the corp in some way, shape or form. This could be something as simple as helping a new member get up to speed on everything he or she needs to know, bumping the recruitment thread, Jumping ships from empire in your Carrier for corp mates (Fuel paid for by the corp) etc.
You also need to have the ability to be on voice comms and be on vent while you're logged in. Many of our guys will be on vent while they're playing other games, at work or just surfing the interwebs. Oh and you should be willing to deal with the occasional profanity.

Any specific time requirements? (EG X number of hours per week)
Any specific ship criteria?
How many stations are round the area you guys fight in? (normally anyway I understand roaming ops may differ)

I am looking to move out of lowsec, build back some isk, gain some sec and do some small ship roaming.
I have 45m SP across Minmatar and Caldari. I can T2 fit all the ships I fly, wether that be 1400mm II tempest's, Siege Launcher II ravens or WTFOMGHELLDEATH phoons :D
The only real hole in my fits currently would be lack of T2 large and sentry drones, however this will be delt with :D
I am also working on Destroyers 5, the last skill needed for light dictors.
In return you will gain a competent PVP pilot capable of fielding:
Minmatar and Caldari:
HIC's,
Command ships,
Sniper/T2 Fit battleships,
HAC's,
Recon's,
Bombers...
And everything inbetween.
You seem to have a good ballence between organisation and relaxation in how you run your corp, that suits me down to the ground. I live a hectic life so playtim during the week can be low however at the weekend I want to be able to login and shoot something :D

I am looking to leave my corp to further my own personal eve progression, not due to any internal problems.
I will also be looking to bring my 15m SP alt, indy/transport/scanning/tackle only.
