I'm looking to buy a Golem/Tengu PVE character.
My budget is open... 5-30b for a specialized character. (please no miners)
My ideal char would have T2 cruise, torps and heavy assault missiles.
Also great support skills.

I think this is what you are looking for. This char was build only for mission running, it has no wasted skills. A few guidelines:

-currently flying missions in Golem with T2 torps; has L4 Q18 standings 10 agents for Brutor Tribe and Federal Intelligence Office
-has decent Tengu skills
-has T2 light and medium drones to kill small ships
-good shield tanking and support skills (can run Golem with only medium shield booster for all lvl 4 missions)
-has good scanning skills, has lived in a WH for 3 months
-has Assault, Ceptor, HAC skills
-has full set of +4 implants
I'm not set to sell this character on the market, I will only if I get a very good offer. So make me one :)
