This lottery will have 230 tickets priced at 10,000,000.00 ISK each (10 Million Inter-Stellar Kredits).
To Purchase 1 ticket send 10 Million ISK to Richter Desal with the reason : "Rlotto1"
To Purchase 10 tickets send 100 Million ISK to Richter Desal with the reason: "Rlotto1"
Any amount not in a multiple of 10 Million ISK will be considered a donation:
When 13 Million ISK is sent, 1 ticket will be purchased, the remaining 3 Million ISK will be considered a donation.
ISK that is sent NOT having the "Rlotto1" message will be seen as a donation to me and will NOT be a part of the lottery. You do not need to send me an EVEmail with the message, only type it with the ISK.
When tickets are purchased, the purchaser must post to this thread stating the amount of tickets purchased.
Security
darknesss Is securing this lottery. He will be holding both the prize and the full API-key for both my accounts.
At the end of the lottery when all the tickets are sold,I will use my API and Chribbas dice-program to draw the winner.

Rules of Cancellation
In the event of the lottery failing to sell out and being cancelled, you will have a 48 hour window in which I will post for you to claim back isk sent before the items are contracted back to the holder.
