I've been having hard times with PvP gangs killing me in or near my low sec home . I need a HAC, Legion, Battlecruser, or battleship fit that can active tank heavy enough to take the dps of a small gang , and still be able to deal a lot of dps . I'm not short on isk but I don't want too many faction items on it and limit to 1 deadspace item if any at all.
Note: When I say be able to deal a lot of dps I mean not just able to dish it out but be able to deal the damage consistently. Meaning able to keep your target in range and hit it.

Looking at your losses and it looks like you are dealing with small BC gangs with a BS tossed in here and there.
TBH, there really isn't a single ship that can sit back and tank the DPS from several BC's or BS's and put out good DPS. A Well spec'd out Myrm can do good against any single and even 2 BC's depending what and who you are fighting.
If you want to stand there and tank it out, the best bet is likely on a Dommi but you really need Orge II's and good skill.. Even then it doesn't put out a lot of DPS, so you would be hard pressed to win the HP battle against several high DPS ships.
Likely, your best bet is to go the other direction and use something fast, like maybe a shield tanked cane that can hit and run. Try to pick one off that get separated and use your speed to get away if they start piling in..

I've heard stories about a solo Nightmare smacking around small gangs of cruisers and HACs. Some claim they are true... others are not so sure. In any case, be a guinea pig and go test it out.

Dual Armor Rep / Dual Heavy Cap Booster fit on a Megathron or Dominix. Limited by the number of cap booster charges you can carry, but should allow you to get a kill and disengage. Obvisouly drone damage suffers if you are the agressor and taking sentry fire.

This guy tanked us all at our optimals, swinging between 0% and 30% armour, before his boosters reloaded. It was at 300km off the gate so the sentry damage was from his previous ganking. Mind you, Arazu dps was meh so maybe it's misleading. |

Hyperion's are nasty beasts if you are well spec'd for them but it's not going to be the same ship for a 6 month old noob for example. Not to mention regardless if it tanked for a long time, he was obviously not able to kill your gang in that time.
It's pretty tough to be successful in solo PVP while flying a BS, as there are a lot of limits at hand and it's not just about tanking or your out going DPS. You also have to be able to catch and hit them.

Gang will still be more than single ship considering members of gang are competent pvper.
If you want to do it that way get your own boosting/logi/falcon alts and pretend you are "soloing."
Or just fly nanoships like everyone else and pick your fights.

Answering your question doesn't solve your problem. As soon as you get this theoretical tank/dps ship, then the enemy gang will simply fit a bit of e-war, kill your tank/dps ship and you are back here on the forums again.
You would do much better to adapt your tactics, and not your fit.

Yeah, I see your point . But there has to be a ship that can perform such a gank that you can warp in on a gang kill at least one ship and get out before they lock you down. Or a cloaky ship that can stalk it's pray waiting till its target is asleep (not literally). I like the idea of a cloaky t3 with a good gank but I was only able to find http://eve.battleclinic.com/loadout/36290-Cloaky-Proteus-for-Low-Sec-PvP.html  . And can't fly a prot, I tried it on a legion but it just can not do the dps.

Get umm...
The elite hull tank cert, also T2 sentries.
Get better at picking your fights and dictating the engagement.
You can also look into zet100/400/500 implants.
Exile boosters.
