In no particular order
Sharks With Frikkin Laser Beams (Cheesy names are always the best :D)
Evolution (The do constantly Evolve to stay ahead of the curve..  )
Supremacy (Well they must be supreme at something )
m0o corp ( I know I know its sad naming your own corp but hey, who dont know who m0o is... )
Shinra ( Name of an Ebil Corporation in Final Fantasy VII ? ) Cool name though
And lots more but I cant be bothered to type more.

Roving Guns
Biomass Cartel - Really good eve name, not too particular on copying movies.

Because their unique and i didnt see them before and either made me giggle or made me wonder what kind of INSANE person would come up with such a name:
- Sharks with Frickin Laser Beams
- Alcohol fueled
- Lame ducks
I dunno why ppl nominate Supremacy, my suggestion for the corpname was unfortunaly taken:
- Shell Shock
But the alternative that was second choice was also good...
- Magna
But NOOOOOOO we had to do it a diplomatic way which contained free voting with ppl making an advertisement campaign... (I didnt accepted the free cookies, TRUST ME!)

I'm biased, but I always liked Pukin' Dogs [PUKE]. We chose the stock ticker in beta long before they were tagged with ships. Every time I saw our members flying in a pack with [PUKE] trailing them, I giggled a little bit.
And the others that have been talked about here are all classic ... I've always liked Hadean especially as a name.
