I'm interested on a new char with a specific purpose. Please read the guidelines again before you make any reply. All your questions are answered, I don't want to start a long topic because of improper offers. Thanks.
What I want:
1. Char must be Amarr or Minmatar
2. At least 35mil SP well spent (no all-arounders, pvp-industrial, missions runners-haulers-capital production)
3. Specific role: able run solo any lvl 4 mission and can do decent pvp with sub-capital ships.
4. Must have Battleship lvl 5 (cross training amarr-minmatar or minmatar-gallente recommended)
5. Must have HAC, Recon, Command Ship and Marauders skills.
6. Must have positive security status and at least one Lvl 4 Q+ agent.
7. Must have positive standings with all factions (at least -1.99 plus)
8. Must have good support skills (armor tank and shield tank if matar, scanning, etc) No mining, no Hauling, no R&D.
9. Should have good Gunnery skills (at least 7mil SP), please NO missiles fits ( no more than 2-3mil SP missiles)
10. Capital skills are a plus but not required (can be any lvl even injected)
Interested in all good offers, please don't post offers over 10bil.

Hey mate, as your not having much luck I thought I would post with my toon, consider it a free bump if it's not to your taste:

Would be looking for 12bn - I might even throw in a fully fitted paladin, which would be at the station where I run level 4 missions. Just Jane has a level 4 Q:18 agent, all within about 5 jumps of Jita, and never has to go into low sec. Also has around 50,000 LP with the corp as well!

Have a look at mines.
Will let go at a VERY decent offer.
Make me an offer if you like. He has access to L4 amarr. I ran my missions in Mani (Amarr Space).
But had him partake in Piracy so Sec Status took a hit.

You are close Carren Moore, but I'd like something with a little more gunnery and support skills (electronics, engineering, mechanic). I don't need a miner because I have one already :)

Hi,
I'm not sure this is exactly what you are after, but take a look, I think it is somewhat close. He has excellent faction standings to amarr and caldari (can use any amarr/caldari level 4 agent as well as excellent standings towards Mordu's Legion), 9M+ SP in gunnery, has Amarr and Caldari BS 5 (awesome Nightmare pilot), BC 5 (only needs the command ship skill book to fly amarr CS), Amarr Cruiser 5 and HAC 5 to fly an awesome zealot. He is 20 days away from flying marauders. He does have -3.64 Gallente and -3.20 Minmatar faction standings (can still enter their high sec space without a problem).

Thanks for the offers guys.
Caldus Ailwon you have nice amarr skills and gunnery, but too low support skills. You can't PVP with 440k SP in electronics.
ssacrak your char has all the basics that i want but for focused enough. I'm still thinking and will give you an answer.

@ssacrak i have thought about your offer and compared it to others and you are asking too much for what the character has at this point. If you're willing to re-evaluate the price we can come to an agreement. My offer is 7.5bil for the char.
