actually there wasnt a scimitar there in the entire time i was there and you cant kill a scimitar with a full rack of smartbombs and no point

Tranquility is better suited for killing without consent. They clearly don't want that to seep onto Singularity due to chance it might impede testing. The reason why we have Singularity.
