This is a bit of a troll but i have to say fighters lvl 2 and carrier 3 does not show a well trained chimera pilot, let alone to cap shield transfer, which is the main use of carriers (logistics) he also cant use ALL tech II mods, projectile, large hybrid, lasers would be some good examples, he is not particularly focused on caldari capitals, he doesn't even have caldari dreadnought trained. but, sell him as an awesome subcap tengu pilot, and golem, theres no way to talk down to the skills for those ships, any carrier pilot can fly a wyvern but very few can fly it well. sry for the troll but first few lines are misleading, VERY good base for a future supercap pilot but not just yet
