Vulcan Innovations Lotteries - VULC11
This is my eleventh lottery, and unlike seven of my past lotteries, it will not be secured by Darknesss. I hope this will be the start of many lotteries run by me without a third party.
I am currently playing third party for another lottery, which you can find here: Click!
If you are not comfortable with me not having a third party, then do not send any ISK!
If you've liked my past lotteries and want to give me a chance to earn your trust, feel free to join in on the fun!
What's up for you to win?
An Archon-class Carrier, with a fuel bay full of isotopes to get you wherever your skills will let you go!
Rules and Information
- There will be 170 tickets at 5 million ISK each
- ISK will go to this character, "Melleia"
- You must send the ISK in increments of 5,000,000 ISK, with the reason "VULC11"
- Any amount of tickets can be purchased
- Once tickets have been sold, the winner will be chosen by Chribba's DICE tool
- Any excess funds sent will be refunded after the draw
- All ISK sent without the reason "VULC11" will be considered a donation
- ISK sent not in 5,000,000 ISK increments will be rounded down (IE:14,999,999 isk will buy you 2 tickets)

Bought my twenty (20) tickets - I play lotteries regularly (including four or five of Melleia's), and I'm confident enough that Melleia doesn't need a third party anymore.
