This Character was intended for Industry but can boast quite a powerful array of PVE Skills. Other than a Hulk or an Orca, in the industry section this can also fly Caldari Transport Ships and a Caldari Freighter.

Bump and Info: Starting Bid lowered to 1.25 bil, seems reasonable as low level Hulk pilots are going for excess of 2 billion.
