Yeah! Go enhance the value of my shares!
And this is exactly why I love CCP and will play EVE online even after the turn the servers off. --Vel

Hilmar Petursson aka CCP Hellmar has been the chairman of the board and CEO of CCP games for I think as long as CCP games has been around. Now with the additional projects of WoD and DUST514 along with CCP games growing by leaps and bounds I think it is impressive we get any post by CCP Hellmar.
CCP t0rf is a just a space monkey-artist underling that CCP Oveur gets to do his dirty work, like when they have to nerf ghost training or delay Tyrannis. - It's not "Play through a pre-set story, become stronger, do endgame". Gameplay is open ended, and you make your own story. Unless you're too afraid of 'pvp grief' to do anything relevant |

Hmm, someone trying to prod a Senior Producer into a response I take it.

Yes, yes they do. Then they laugh at us and pull another piece of paper out of the hat of "what to remove next for the delicious tears of the customers".

And i read your sig and i don't care.
Unfortunately ALL Nooma's posts fall under the unecessary topic category...

With out Faith god is nothing so it would make sense to support the faith.

Of all the threads to read, sigh.
Well, I hope he/you also read the comments threads to all the developer blogs.
Yes, there is quite a bit of whining there too, but 1 out of 3 or four of those responses have some pretty good feedback from experienced players.
The ratio of good respones goes down as the days go by but there is still good dialogue days later ... not all the smart people watch the blogs so carefully to respond the first days. Those would be well worth 10-15 minutes a day to scan and more to contemplate the best of class posts that probably do raise real customer issues that might be falling between responsiblities of different developer teams.
Making sure employee responsiblities are rationally directed isn't far from the ceo's job...certainly close enough to keep a tab on and then delegate to COO and perhaps be sure that a VP of techinical issues is communicating with a vp of development in regard to hot issues (or however else you're stuctured. Doing customer service isn't a CEO's job.. but having some clue of constomer concerns is. Comments on developer blogs are a good way to make your reading manageable yet sweepping enough.
Of course.. perhap you already do that?
