Ok, I have some T1 frigs like a rifter with 3 large rigs on it, when do you think this will actually became rare in the eve universe and people are willing to pay a lot isk for it?

Such "curious" will always get a high price. I would suspect such ships to not become rare in actuality, just rare in perception. Large rigs on a frigate actually means nothing, nothing at all. So flying such a ship has no advantage of any kind. It doesn't even have the wow advantage that comes with flying an Opus luxury yacht does. It still looks like a rifter, performs like a rifter, and only if someone has a scanner does it become anything other than just another rifter. So, anyone investing in such a "curio" ship is not looking or going to fly it. These ships will likely be stored away as "potentially" valuable and collect dust. Those who have some of them, especially buy & flip types, will try to make them seem "rare" but it'll just be marketing hype. But, well there's little showmanship in them. So there will be little draw for these ships to appreciate. Besides, the eve community is a pretty art-less bunch. To them aesthetics is just a misspelled word for exercise.

Never (or when they remove large rigs from the game completely (which will never happen) so yeah um never.
You see, people don't realize that you can still fit large rigs on medium and small ships and medium rigs on small ships, you cannot however fit small rigs on medium or large ships nor medium rigs on large ships.

Give it a few years when the fast majority of ships with large sized rigs have been blown up. At that point, you'll start getting your premium.

One of my corpmates blew such a ship up last week in Dodixie... an Itty 5 with 3x Large Cargohold Optimizations. We actually paused to guffaw at this and I poured one out for the old ship.

No hes actually correct. I had some leftover large Gravity Capacitor Upgrade rigs and have just todat used them on my Legion which is a mid sized ship, so it is possible to add larger rigs to smaller ships just not the other way arround.

I test it, big rig won't fit on smaller ships

I think it would only ever be valuable if CCP change the bonuses they also give. Like a Large gives you 25%, Medium 20%, small 15%.
Then some frigates with large rigs might be extremely valuable. This is unlikely so it'll just be collector items which take years to mature.

Won't happen.
If they do increase the bonuses on the size rigs. Then you would be unable to UNDOCK with an improperely fitted ship.
