I'm looking for a younger player who is serious about helping me mold my corp into a pvp force. I have the corp, I have the Bpos, I have the knowledge being a recently returning 4 year vet of this game. I can FC and teach this person to FC!
What I lack is the energy to recruit. I want a newer player who would be in charge of recruiting. This is your only job, but you can learn how to FC small and medium fleets in the short term, and later on I will teach larger fleet battles. Prospective applicants please Contact Captain Cyric in game or reply to this post.

Well, if this fails for you, we could use what you have to offer in our corp! hahaha
THE HITAM CORP
We could handle the recruitment, cater to your needs, and in turn you can poke and prod the recruits around. Evemail me if you become interested.

One of the oldest tricks in the Eve book - create a side corp and make someone else run it for you.
What is the point of having a corp of your own? If you don't have time to recruit, you won't have time to organize operations for your members, either.
You joining someone else's corp and being a occasional player would make more sense - unless you're after the wealth other people can make for you.

In fairness, it's impossible for all the jobs necessary in corporate leadership to be handled by one person.
Admittedly, this is less true before you recruit your first member :P

Just a couple of tips to be made here... You Have BPOs.... yet want a PvP corp, are you creating an indy side? or wanting a seperate indy corp?
Also your corp description might attract more players if it said more than "a pvp corp", also noticed your HQ is in villore... is your pvp corp going to join the gal faction war?
Personally, I don't know if Cyric is an alt or not but if he is, your 4 year vet doesn't seem to of included running a corp yourself. your FC talents would be better off in a more experienced CEO's corp. (Not advertising obviously for those that haven't noticed I'm no longer a CEO )
Have fun & Good luck ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

If you are willing to make me a director and we run the corp properly together, I am willing to talk to you. I have just quit ceoing an industrial corp and handed the reigns to another as I am looking to change pace in Eve.
I have successfully ceo'd a missioning, research and development corp with pos management, looking after billion in BPO's securely etc.
What I am suggesting is you run the pvp side, I run the industry side. I can also pvp and fly a pretty mean ecm scorp when necessary.
Contact me if you are interested. I am also successful in recruiting generally, but that would also be something that is shared as I am not willing to be a lackey and do that job for you totally lol

Edited by: Captain Cyric on 15/06/2010 23:27:42 Edited by: Captain Cyric on 15/06/2010 23:27:12 The bpos are just for the ships we lost mostly smaller class ships for newer players. other then that i hate industry and want to pvp, but lets be serious when players get cheap ships they are more willing to fight. also the office is only there to be easier for near newer players, and considering I have none yet I dont feel deciding on a final HQ can be made. This will all change based on what the corporations playerbase decides.
I make no claims of being the win button when it comes to fc or anything I just dont like how alot of low skillpoint corps teach their players to be scared of pvp or Low sec. It will also be a learning experience for me being that this game is alot different then when i left. I have been in many fleet fights, and have lead gangs vs larger fleets and been successful.
