I was considering the utility of the LG centurion set (the mordu's legion command pirate faction implants) - minus the delta (due to CCP bug where it costs 630m instead of 63m).
Opinions on the overall usefulness of moar optimal range? I was thinking probably most useful for, e.g. the falcon.
EDIT: EWAR optimal, that is - e.g. LG Centurion Alpha

They can give a Scorpion an optimal jamming range of close to 200km with the appropriate rigs. That is significant as it will allow full-strength jamming at beyond-conventional sniping ranges. You haven't been able to do that in a Scorpion since the last ECM nerf. In a Widow, Rook or Falcon, you get very little gain, since they have no inherent range bonus. The Blackbird gains a decent range bonus--certainly enough to get it out of sniper-HAC range, but not enough to get it out of sniper-BS range.
It'd be nice to see a HG set.

Curious what ccp thought players would do with that setup, anyways my advice would be buy a couple more falcons instead, or a tengu ;) The few km optimal wont be a factor in most realistic engagements.

I have to admit I'm curious that you think it only provides a "few km". On an all Vs falcon I was eyeballing around 25km boost, which I had personally felt significant... but I'm afraid that Captain Pompous is right in that it's not overly useful.
