Second, Who wants a Cynabal? I'll have to make a specific achievement for it, perhaps most exhumers kasploded in one gank... If I had more iskies, you'd get more prizes.

Also, what happens if we end up succeeding at an achievement we donated a prize to? Does that prize go to the random jackpot?

No, Hulkageddon is not a supported event by CCP. This is completely player-run. If Eris likes the idea, that's one thing, but to reiterate, this is not a CCP supported event.
She is a bloodthirsty PvP maniac, of course she's going to support it!
My main mining alt, steeped in the deepest RP involvement in extracting mineral from asteroid, sees the Hulkageddon as the true horror that it really is--an affront against peaceful industrial operation and a the zen-like meditative states that it brings to calm the soul and bring one closer to the natural world.
Also, when my Hulk go boom it make my wallet sad!
But, like everything in New Eden, it's another example of pilots at play in the sandbox. Whatcha gonna do?
