OK... well since i've been slumming these forums forever and a day AND have seen... DOZENS of these "who's corp has the biggest nuts" threads. Heres my lousy opinion.
no numbers... no order...
w/ added spice and comments and typical preferences
I'm partial to your various "bored PvPrs, griefers, pirates and gankers"
Tundragon - Makes ppl say "what the hell just hit me?!?"
Teddybears - Don't let the name fool you - Think chucky w/ fur
Dark Cartel - AFAIK more outlaws per capita than any other corp
Evolution - Evolved from a gentle breeze into a wrecking cyclone
Black Nova - Tenacious alliance corp turned insatiable killers
ATUK - Fathers in the CA/PA tell their grandkids scary stories about these guys
Reikoku - They finish what they start - period
Sharks - Tenacious, energetic, blood thirsty
m0o - They're still as nasty as before but not as big. LeAn and MeAn
There are others, but hey - i'm getting older and my memory isn't like it used to be.

 not as embarrising as jazz bo got pwned by concord bout 4 min ago when he atacked my shuttle in a 0.7.
them taranis are expesive to.

Ah yes, and you had to post it here right away didn't you?
Knights with Nerf Bats had surrendered to us, I thought the war was still on but it had ended an hour ago.
The ship loss wasn't that bad... it's the four SE corpses I had picked up between Amarr and Agil that I miss:-(
I've lost far more ships to Concord that to other players... they will pwn you.

We have tried (since our inception) to play the role of Pirate hunters, we should not be considered dangerous to the typical denizens of the EvE galaxy. Lately, we have entered into more hostilities and the lines have gotten a little grey on the edges, however we still try to fight the 'good fight' and stick to our good-guy ideals. For it we catch no end of flaming and hatred from our enemies. It's not easy trying to play the good guys, and if you think it is you should try it sometime.

Oddly enough, I find myself in complete agreement with you. We have tried (since our inception) to play the role of Pirate hunters, we should not be considered dangerous to the typical denizens of the EvE galaxy. Lately, we have entered into more hostilities and the lines have gotten a little grey on the edges, however we still try to fight the 'good fight' and stick to our good-guy ideals. For it we catch no end of flaming and hatred from our enemies. It's not easy trying to play the good guys, and if you think it is you should try it sometime.

Who can fight only when they have the advantage and run when they don't (thereby maintaining the best K/D ratio)? Tons of those corps too
My opinion of the best PvP corps out there are the ones that are small and operate against much larger forces frequently, and generally do well at it.
Names that come to mind simply from what I've read and reputation are Jokers and Teddybears, although I can't say I have any first hand knowledge of either. These guys are the true warriors in my opinion.

If you for example are in Moo then I expect the most dangerous corp out there is concord... but only if you happen to be one of the -10 moo players and if you are in empire space.
To me on the other hand concord is no threat, very few corps really are a threat to me since Im not at war with anyone and when I go to 0.0 Im ready for troubble.
Thus, its impossible to make a top 10 list of the most dangerous corps.
