my chars as well as the systems are stuck in 00 is this a regional prob or are others having this prob?

c'mon CCP, reboot the server.
EDIT: please make sure your charaacters are out of harms way......you mean some people have actually managed to get past the character screen?

CCP, maybe you should start using the full hours DT and making sure everything is hunky-dory before relaunching tranquility. If i ignored a scheduled maintenance break in my job and relaunched everything before the time was up, and THEN had problems during this time, id be fired asap.
