Ok...as I not getting any response to my petitions for 2 days...my timer was supposed to end 2 days ago and not it just started all over again at 96hrs....did anyone fix this ? how ?

Join the crowd. It appears we are all waiting for CCP to release their final word on this. Some have reported getting response through petitions and bug reports. Others like yourself have reported receiving nothing.
The Tyrannis issues thread has also received no direct response to this yet.
Best option for right now is to decommision your extractor and place a new one.

Let me get this right, you are crying because you are still getting the same amount of planet mins without having to reset your extractors and deal with yields dropping.
So I got to ask, when you rage quite can I have your stuff?

My take on this. It has been stated that if you are pulling from the area, less than your refresh, it will never run out. That being said.. setting the timer for 96 hours may be longer than the mineral refresh, so it resets. I for one am not complaining.. i noticed this a few days ago.. and made the before mentioned assumtion.
I have set all my extractors for 96 hours.. not to exploit any bugs, but.. my buffer storage was overfilling, and my 2 basic processors per mineeral couldnt keep up.. now i dont have to deal with it every day.. i can spend time doing other things.. like mining, and production. still trying to figure out the pasive data core income i keep hearing about..
summary.. i dont think its a buf.. i think the minerals are refreshing.

i got this bug on almost all my alt/planets today. on a 23h cycle.
i reported this... about 2 weeks ago on sisi...

I'd like to start with: Yer and idiot....
Yeah, I'm having this problem as well. I set my planets for 96 hours since I was going out of town for three and a half days. Yeah that was 9 days ago. I had 3 hours left just before down time, and after loggin in just a bit ago I have 2 days 13 hours on all of them.
I'd really like to get on a shorter cycle higher yield setup sometime soon, without trashing all my extractors.
