Spotted a market oppurtunity that you want to cash in on but your a little short of isk? Lost your last mission running ship and you dont want to have to liquidate assets? Well dont worry im here to help.
What im offering Im currently offering loans of up to 2 billion isk per character with variable interest rates based on the time period that you need the isk for. The maximum loan period at this moment in time is 2 months at around 4% a week for the full 2 month period. For shorter time frames the interest rate will be decreased as i will explain below.
What do i need to be able to take out a loan? Just to make this clear before i go on further. I will not be offering loans without adequate collateral. The expected collateral will be 105% of the value of the loan plus interest. This is to discourage those of you who want to pawn off particularily hard to sell items. I will evaluate the price of the collateral using current market prices and trends. The list of items i will accept for collateral will be displayed below. Due to the current market fluctuations i will be valuing the price of t1 items at a % lower than that of the market value as the market is currently unstable.
Items accepted as collateral
1) T2 bpo's evaluated at the price of recent legitimate sell orders. 2)T1 bpo's evaluated at npc price. 3)T1 ships (no modules) evaluated at around 5% below current market price. (In the event that the loan is for a day then the ship will be valued at current market price). 4)T2 ships and modules evaluated at current market price.
I reserve the right to reject items on an individual basis.
Any items in low sec or 0.0 will not be accepted.
Loan rates
Loans will be given in incriments of 50 million isk up to the loan maximum of 2 billion isk. I may loan larger amounts under exceptional circumstances.
1) 1 day loan - 1% interest 2)3 day loan - 2% interest 3) 7 day loan - 3% interest 4) 30 to 60 days - 4% per week interest
A theoretical example would be if a person wished to loan out 100million isk over a 7 day period. They would have to provide a total of 108million in collateral. That is 105 million in collateral to cover the actual loan and 3 million to cover the interest.
If you have any questions please feel free to post them in this thread.

Well, it depends realy, if you're a well known person in MD, you'll be getting loands/w.e realy at a MUCH lower interest rate, even without collateral, if you're totaly unknown then its almost impossible to get one without collateral.
It would also depend on the nature of the offering obviously, I wouldn't say I'm the man to go to when you want to know something about the loan buisness (because I'm not xD), but I do know if you can offer 100 (well 110% realy) collateral, you can get pretty cheap loans, as most people are waiting for stuff to throw their isk at, definatly if its safe.
But by all means, search the MD a bit, you'll find tons of good info, if you still have questions after that, then ask, if you show that you've been putting time in yourself, and don't just ask 'how much interest should I ask on loans halph plix!!' then you'll be helped (obviously there'll always be trolls but yeah... can't realy expect everyone to behave :p)

Fair enough. well ive lowered my interest rates abit for the moment until i can find a suitable reference for actual pricing. In the event i do find a suitable one ill alter them again.

Upon further recommendation from the market discussion interest rates have been tweaked to a certain extent. If you have sent a mail to me prior to this change your interest rate will be changed in your favour if that is the case.

There are no trolls in the MD forums. Suggestion to op, put [SERVICE] in your title.
