Hi there,
Recruiting is a pretty grueling, thankless task some times and I don't think anyone else is offering their services as a recruiter. I'd be interested in doing this for the right client.
I'm looking to recruit for a corp that wants to attract new players for training purposes, preferably for lowsec/fw pvp but potentially also for mining/missioning. I'd prefer to recruit for a corp with a CEO that can run L4s (and thus afford my rates) and has a low tax rate (to increase recruiting success and to be reasonable value for recruits).
My rates are 15m/hr plus expenses with 10 hours up front (estimated cost about 152,960,000, with unused funds from the CSPA account being refunded). I'm willing to allow a third party to escrow the transaction. For best use of my time, I recommend that potential clients have as specific of a plan as possible for their corp, so that they can clearly communicate their vision to me (and me to the recruits).
I don't have any particular qualifications, other than a desire to promote a valuable corp that will better the game by softening the learning curve a little. I can also write complete sentences. :)
Please contact me via in-game mail.

Edited by: Blatantly Obvious on 20/06/2010 00:28:32 Just curious, does anyone have any idea how effective the recruitment channel is? I wasn't intending to use that channel, but since I figure my customers (corps) and competition (their recruiters) are there, I may as well ask how effective it is.
Tonight I recorded 41 corps (avg membership 27.775, sd: 22.25, avg tax 8.78, weighted avg tax 9.97, std dev 4.93), for a total of 1427 players. I'll take a peek after the weekend to see how they fared in terms of recruitment.
*for most of the info I removed taggart transdimensional, which was a huge outlier at 316 members and zero tax.

corps recruiting in the recruitment channel 20-jun, 35 corps, 2466 players, 70.45 avg, 77 std, 11.73 weighted tax, std dev 6.9,
(some removed like 3-part corps that are part of one alliance and very closely related divisions of one group of players, etc.)

Checked up on the first group today: 1427 -> 1486 = +59
Or: out of the 40 corps listed, the average corp increased by 1.45 members over a period of 4 days which included 1.5 days of weekend.
(pretty dismal)

1.5 for the recruitment forum corps over 3d, again, pretty sad.

Still interested in doing this, though I'm not sure when I'll have time to do so. Close to lining up a third-party for the escrow if needed.

ROFLMAO...
nobody is paying 15m/hour to let your alts join his corp.
hilarious and too optimistic idea. It has been tried before, and its a failure even at utterly cheaper fees...

Wouldn't be on commission, so no reason for me to do that. If you have some links to threads on the subject I'd appreciate it.
edit: also I can't seem to find you when autolinking characters...
