It's going to take weeks, if not months befor the first player created station components come to market, and when they do, the price will be phenomenal.
Couldn't CCP have left the reseeded componts up until they sold out? That way there would still be some items on the market and not have to sit and wait for weeks.
This has really screwed us up bad.

Ya I know PI sucks, but most of the reason you all are sweating about it is because you didn't get your head out of the sand and buy what you needed when the NPC orders was up. If you didn't have the money last week then you can probably wait a month for stuff to stabilize

I agree with your sentiment, but I have produced T4 product from my planets already. Not sure why you think it will take weeks.

If anyone cares, some of the station components are on the market now in the Forge and must be player sales. They don't look like a huge bump in price over the original NPC prices but there aren't very many sell orders.

My brother took a lab to Jita today, sold it for roughly 150 million as we needed the isk after all our PI investment. Looking at a couple towers and a handful of other structures a week between the two of us. I'm hoping everyone else is dragging ass so we can make a mint, but I know the reality is that much larger corporations were as serious as us and there will be plenty of POS structures available.

Why don't you build it for us since it seems so easy for you?
As an example, you need 102 station reprocessing plants for an outpost. To build that many, you need the following items:
612 broadcast nodes
714 Nano Factories
816 Organic Mortar applicators
612 Recursive Computing Modules
510 Self-Harmonizing Power Core
819 Sterile Conduits
306 Wetware Mainframes
To make all of that you need to harvest a total of 1,084,104,000 raw resources!
Process them to P1 items, process that to p2, process that to p3, process that to p4
And that's just for ONE of the components we need!
It's not as simple as grabbing a planet or 5 and going to work. It's a huge undertaking. When CCP said they were reseeding the market, we didn't realize it was only for a small window of time, but thought that the items on the market would remain on the market until they sold out.
That said, we have begun to work on what we need and have several people with advanced and Elite command centers on several planets and are making progress, but to say this is a huge setback is an understatement.

oops, I should have put 110, not 102.
Therefore, your material needs are that much more.

If you are building an outpost just ask everyone to train up PI skills takes about 2 weeks to get them all to 4 but could easily do less have everyone extract and process to p1 corp with bp's only uses factorys and builds the p2-4 as needed after anything that you didn't stock up on is added in Might take a while but between buying p4's off market and building the more expensive and less available ones should be able to do it might take a while but can be done easily

That's what we are doing. We've bought the cheaper p4's, and we're making the more expensive or unavailable ones. By my estimate, we'll be doing this for a few more weeks, which is a huge setback for us.

You only need 8660 P4 Materials per "Minmatar Service Outpost Platform", one player with a full P4 chain will be able to make one in about a year. Doesn't sound unreasonable for a large alliance.

I still dont see your issue. You need 2Billion to buy all the station component bpo and only someone with Industry at V to build them. If you need it now now simply buy the P4 from the market and start producing or P3 or P2 which ever comes cheaper. Get all your alliance mates to chip in and save some isk by using those mats. I am sure your alliance can cope with another two weeks not having your own outpost
