Sponsor a Gankaggeddon ship replacement and a bounty on any gank fit ships ganked in hi-sec, can only be claimed by ships not gank fit and of less value than the ship ganked, bounty and ship replacement cannot exceed the value of the gank ship, kind of limits it but should discourage self ganking. Buy lots of plex and come back in a year when its value has doubled and then see above x 2.
