Because he has the skill base I am looking for but needs a touch on the sheild skills before i fly those shiny Minnie ships.
MajorPain 82	Posted - 2010.06.22 07:28:00 - [4] I would say you can sell it for 8-9bil, Could had been over 10-12bil if the capital skills were done, but they need a lot of work still. But it seems like a great sub-cap pilot with decent drone skills. Gunnery are amazing!!! You Have some wasted skills in science and what not but overall is a well rounded PVP sub-cap pilot. With your Armor tanking skills, Gunnery, Navigation, and spaceship command, it makes it worth paying 9bil and per your skill points is definitely worth it. Electronics need a bit improving but not much. I say 9bil would be the ideal price. Free Bump lol

I just want some fair pricing . moar feedback
