Anyone know a tool or website that I can search for a corp close to a system? I'm looking to re-locate my main operations and trying to find a federation navy station closest to my corp's POS.
Thanks in advance for any tips.

Can you explain what you are looking for.
Are you looking for a tool that calculates the jump distance between systems? Are you looking for a new system within jump distance of a fed navy station? are you setting up a jump path?
Sorry it's hard to understand and give useful advice.
Jump Plannet Tool for calculating jump paths to any system.

The static data dump and Dijkstra's algorithm/A* are your friends.

You can use the map and set the filter to see all of a corps systems. This may allow you to see what you need, depending on who owns a given system.

I'm just looking to move closer to my corp's pos and keep my base in the npc corp that I have the highest rep with so I can process ore at the lowest cost. Right now I'm 12 jumps from the POS, was just trying to move my ops closer to it to cut down travel time when I have to load up fuel or swap out blueprints in labs.

This might do.
The interface can be a bit cryptic. You may want a query similar to:
"Show Systems" "With Station owned by corp with name containing..." <Type in NPC corp name>
Press query.
Type in the name of the system of your corp's POS to the right.
Press "#Jumps" button.
Sort by the number of jumps column to see the closest first.
Of course there's lots of other query options. Searching for particular agents is often more useful than stations.
