Space Therapist Better Days Ahead 1	Posted - 2012.07.18 14:23:00 - [1] - Quote I'll make this simple. In a game that is advertised as "harsh". (and as a sandbox) That allows scamming, piracy and elicit drug manufacturing (all of which I accept and support as components of the game)...including "ganking" (though I do sometimes have mixed feelings about ganking)...... ....how or why does "space therapy" become such an issue for some of you? and please read my bio for the most common concern that I am claiming to be a real life therapist. I'm not asking for sympathy...I know this is probably the worst occupation for someone in eve. I am just looking for some comments and of course trolls to shed light on my in game career choice. I am genuinely interested in your comments.

Not exactly sure what are the uses of a space therapist other than indulge someone's need for roleplay. "Before i became a pod pilot i was a slave in amarr and was continually sodomized by the emperor. How can i overcome the trauma?" Other than that not seeing a use. Unless we can talk about real life problems, sometimes people need someone to talk to, even a stranger in space.

Maybe you could start a Space Therapy support group so when you start to doubt yourself the network of like minded Space Therapists can validate you and give you the strength to endure.

How are you going to safeguard information given to you if someone is silly enough to use the service?
